Days to Dialogue with SCNC, SCAPO, under African Commission Supervision; recognizes

Contrary to a communiqué from Biya regime spokesman, Issa
Bakary Tchiroma, claiming that the self-determination case brought against the
government of Cameruon at the Banjul African Court of Human and Peoples Rights,
ACHPR, was thrown out of court, the ACHPR did the opposite. Mr. Tchiroma’s
communiqué was read over CRTV and published in Cameroon Tribune under the fake

only frowned at all attempts by the Biya government to have the case thrown
out, but it also dismissed and discountenanced all arguments brought against
the SCNC and SCAPO by the Biya regime and then passed a milestone ruling or
recommendation.
