On 29 March 1994 the Government of the Republic of Cameroon filed in the Registry of the International Court of Justice an Application instituting proceedings against the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria concerning a dispute described as relating essentially to the question of sovereignty over the Bakassi Peninsula.

On October 10, 2002, the court delivered its ruling declaring the Bakassi peninsula to be “Cameroonian”.

The submissions of the parties with regard to sovereignty over the Bakassi peninsula are summarised in paragraphs 193 to 324 of the ICJ ruling. In Paragraph 193(b) the court cites the request of the Cameroon party thus: In its final submission Cameroon asks the Court to adjudge and declare: “that, in consequence, inter alia, sovereignty over the Bakassi Peninsula is… Cameroonian”

 Greetings, Fellow Cameroonians,

 

Dear parents, elders, brothers and sisters, fellow readers, recently most of us are aware of the 2011 presidential elections coming up in October. Everyone is captivated by the riots in North Africa and the Middle East, from Tunisia to Jordan and beyond. There is a speculation that there would be an uprising in countries governed by dictators – eyeing countries like Libya and Cameroon, just to name a few. Tunisia’s few days of demonstrations led to the immediate fled of their president and his family.

Egypt’s 18 days strife witnessed the resignation of a dictator. Here is the question in the minds of many people: Is Africa finally waking up from its slumber?  In Cameroon, elections are just around the corner. For now we have a dictator in power. Media reports and exposure to the scenes of struggle in some Arab countries mentioned before influences the picture in our heads. There are a lot of issues at hand.  A lot of concerns, questions, anxiety and ambitions are swirling in our minds.  At least that is true for those who are exposed to the unfolding of this event and to those who have considerable interest in its outcome. 

Some Cameroonians are already advocating for taking into the streets, hoping to re-make Egyptian victory into Cameroon’s victory.  Others are worried that those Cameroonians might to remix Arab style protests thinking they would obtain the same desirable outcome in Cameroon as in Egypt. We should not forget that practically all ridiculous conduct comes from the imitation of those who we cannot be like.  Imitation can be viewed as a serious form of flattery. There are no two snowmen that are identical. But every snowman is a unique design on its own from its creator.

The state, political parties, press and media, voters and the on-looking international community each have an agenda. It is scary. But no matter what, October 2011 is definitely the D-Month.

The intention of this article is not to put the cat among the pigeons, but to call on all Cameroonians to think again; why is it necessary to put the horse before the cart, to question ourselves about which horse is to be put in front of the cart, when should the horse be put in front of the cart, what are the conditions of the horse and the cart, and finally who is the coachman? To those seeking for an early revolt, weigh the consequences. You might think this is unnecessary, time-consuming, or boring. You might be right. You can never know the taste of ice-cream unless you take a lick. I plead with you to kindly read what I have written. Do not judge but let perception override memory. I know you are reading my own mind: I hope yours becomes expanded, not by what I have written, but by the uprising of your own deep-seated thoughts, an individual insight different from the collective opinions you are subjected to.

To cause the euphoric CPDM barons to descend from their imaginary horses of pride, I gave them the following caution when they were making noises around 6^th November 2010: “As CPDM militants celebrate 6^th November, they should keep in mind that the people have changed a lot over 28 years. The media revolution has broadened and deepened the people’s thinking, and reinforced their insistence on taking control of their destiny. The people have learned a lot from some of the powerful symbols and symbolic acts about change communicated to them from all corners of the globe during the better part of 28 years, right in their bedrooms. 2011 will neither be like 2004, 1997, nor 1992!”

By the time of this caution, the Sidi Bouzid Intifadah or what the western media have dubbed the Jasmin Revolution had not yet taken place in Tunisia, nor had Egypt’s own that followed closely on its heels. At that time, the only signposts were February 2008 in Cameroon, the “People Power” revolution of Corazon Aquino, and the colour revolutions that followed the collapse of the Berlin Wall, especially in Eastern European countries.

Few politicians can decipher their weaknesses from a position of ‘strength’, least of all CPDM militants! Politicians in a position of strength hardly ever think about the inevitability of defeat, or the inevitability of change. They hardly ever embrace reform in a more orderly manner, to pre-empt a more violent alternative.

Politicians are usually prone to choosing easy options. In creating ELECAM, Paul Biya sought to make it ‘his thing’, and appointed a coterie into the electoral board to act as a decoy for the totally submissive cronies he put as Manager and Assistant Manager of the electoral body. In doing this, he opted for an easy victory, stage-managed by these cronies, rather than a hard-fought, well-deserved one dependent on the will of the people.

In reaction to these antics, and the ineptitude of his cronies, Cameroonians have abandoned the whole thing to him, waiting patiently to teach him a lesson about their sovereignty, and their supremacy over him.

In politics like in football, an invisible hand – the ‘hand of God’ as Maradonna would describe it – can score critical goals. Some political heroes of the past may start claiming that they have been calling for ‘boycott’ of electoral registers to prepare the ground for an appropriate reaction. Interestingly, the ‘hand of God’ seems to have pushed out of the boat for change, those who would have barricaded themselves in their native provinces and issued appeals for “calm” in a sea of trouble.

There will be many grievances that will trigger the revolution being engineered by ELECAM in broad daylight, like the longevity of one man at the helm of the state, the insistence to use old registers doctored in the past by MINAT/D, the obscurantist approach of shunning new technologies, the glaring partisan control of the electoral process and the resultant loss of interest by the people, and the emptiness of majorities – like those of Ben Ali and Mubarak - gained by long reigning dictators in the ballot box.

There is also the possibility that one of these days the redoubtable WikiLeaks may compound the people’s bitterness by publishing the details of billions of tax-payers’ money stashed in foreign bank accounts by each of our long reigning dictators and their cronies!

Tanks, blank and life bullets, truncheons, water cannons, military boots, infested prison cells, and all the brute force that has been used to keep the people in check in the past will be at the rendezvous. But Corazon Aquino had since taught us, and Tunisians and Egyptians have just confirmed, that these weapons of oppression and repression are helpless in the face of masses of a determined people.

Although our own ‘leaders’ do not seem to be behaving like they know it, such masses of determined people are usually got through organisation and strategising; they are usually the outcome of grand coalitions of ‘opposition forces,’ not isolated calls for the people to ‘rise like one man’.

Of course, such grand coalitions need ‘leaders’ that do not have fixations about elections, since the futility of ballot boxes has since been shown even within their political parties. The emptiness of all-powerful ruling parties that derived their ‘power’ from ‘ballot boxes’ and the confiscation of state authority in Tunisia and Egypt is there for all to see!

Some of the leaders are swearing that they can only join the other ‘leaders’ to organise the people if it is to “fight for free and fair elections”, as if following the agenda set by the regime is the only avenue through which the people can reclaim their sovereignty. The people need to be organised in preparation for the impending ELECAM revolution. Those who are against coalitions are for the antics of the regime in place!

In any case, the media revolution has rendered distance education very effective. The people have learned the use of their power by watching other peoples use their own power. In the process, they have become aware of the advantages of mass action! Whether our ‘small’ and ‘big’ leaders like it or not, the people are poised to roar!

As usual, some people will tell us they do not want ‘war’, as if ‘war’ only represents the act of the people wrestling back their confiscated sovereignty. Keeping the people in check with repressive forces while usurpers mess around with the sovereignty of the people is not ‘war’, until the people react to the effrontery. Such idle talk about ‘war’ only gives the impression that those who fight around the world for their freedom and the sovereignty of the people do so because they like ‘war’...

Since that publication, the Biya regime has wheeled out militants, universitydons, sociologists, political thugs, political touts, pseudo-intellectuals, medical doctors, witch doctors, etc, to demonize and exorcise all who talkabout the issue. Now comes another report that Mr. Biya incinerated circa 1.000.000.000FCFA in three weeks of vacation, bringing the tally to 47 billion! Out come the militants, university dons, sociologists, political thugs, political touts, pseudo-intellectuals, medical doctors, witch doctors, etc, again. Media Strategist, Ntemfac Nchwete Ofege starts telling these tatterdemalion hellcats what is who...

I extremely envy and admire the American and British governments and people for uniquely defending their citizens around the world, even when accused of criminality, they maintain the innocence of their citizens to ensure justice is done until decided otherwise by the court of law .

Recently there was a case of Meredith Kercher, a British girl schooling in Rome who was killed by Amanda Knox, her American roommate over drug-induced sex game. The case was decided in Italy where the crime was committed.
The American and British press actively engaged one another in campaigns to support their respective citizens in the case. At the end the American lady Amanda Knox who is 22, was sentenced to 26 years in an Italian prison for killing Meredith. The debate still goes on in the British and American press.

The latest incident that gives us food for thought is that of Akmal Shaikh, a 53 years old British citizen, though of Asian origin who was executed by Chinese government for drug trafficking. Not only did the ordinary Britons and their press campaign for leniency in favour of the suspect, the Prime Minister Gordon Brown personally mounted a campaign that persuaded the European Union to strongly condemn the execution of British citizen who was put to death by lethal injection for trafficking four kilograms of heroin. Gordon Brown, as the leader spoke, wrote and pleaded with his counterpart in China before the execution, claiming that the convict suffered from bipolar disorder and was lured into carrying the drugs by the promise of a pop music career in China. The latest was a statement by EU deeply regretting that China did not heed repeated calls by Britain and the EU for clemency.

The essence for the above scenarios is to point out that there is pride in defending the integrity of a country and its citizens, even as suspects pending the determination of cases against them in competent Courts of jurisdiction.

The embarrassing attempted suicide bombing of a Detroit-bound flight from Amsterdam on Christmas Day by a young Nigerian; Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, caught the global community in unbelievable frenzy, because, Nigerians' notoriety has never reached a level of suicide bombing. It is worthy to note that the father of the suspect is a respected banker and retired top public functionary in Nigeria who had alerted the relevant security agencies of his son's untoward behaviour before the incident. This is an exemplary conducts which demonstrate that Nigerians and other Abdulmutallabs are not fanatical and insane to encourage or undertake unnecessary suicidal expedition.

It is very unfortunate that immediately the news was broken that the bomb suspect was a Muslim from Northern Nigeria, many self-pride bloggers and commentators with hidden agenda use the incidence to attack a section of the country and adherents of Islamic faith. So painful was their insinuation that they poured out balderdash to call for secession of the country and rained insults on the family of young Abdul Mutallab. In law, a suspect is presumed innocent until proven otherwise by a competent court, yet some Nigerians continued to sensationalise the incident with sectional and religious sentiments which exemplified our backwardness in public discourse. To one's bewilderment, foreign media and analysts exhibit more constraint in associating the conduct of the child to the character of Nigeria just as President Barak Obama of USA, pointed out that the boy was trained and armed in a foreign land, Yemen.

One of the organisations that shamelessly coloured the incident with sectional and religious undertone was the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), whose official statement on the suspect was to urge governments around the world to pay more attention to northern Nigeria, claiming that the region is a threat to world peace and "fertile ground" for international terrorism. They also provoke ember of hatred by insinuating that "for decades, Christians have been murdered and raped in northern Nigeria with impunity." In essence, they are appealing to foreign forces to invade the North as if there are no Christians in Northern Nigeria.

Won't it sound unbecoming to associate social vices peculiar to some sections of the country to its people, because of the action of few who engage in international prostitution, drug trafficking, 419 fraudsters, armed robbery, kidnapping and the recruitment of young girls as baby-manufacturers in addition to ritual killings.

The cowardly Niger Delta militants who have similar attributes of Somalian Sea pirates who are notorious in kidnapping the rich for ransom, oil bunkering, piracy, gun running, killing and destruction of the environment, their victims are foreigners and local people alike.

The international community should realise that the MEND and their collaborators are the only criminally-inspired armed group in West Africa today that have attacked the interests of American, British and other nations exploring oil in Nigeria by kidnapping and killing their workers and destroying their investment such as infrastructures of Shell and Chevron among other oil companies operating in Nigeria.

Since 2006 when they started their armed struggle claiming to be fighting for a greater share of oil wealth for local communities, but unfortunately their members pocket ransom money and live ostentatious lives to the amazement of their kinsmen. They are so cowardly that they go with pseudo names while destroying their environment and damaging the reputation of peace-loving people of Niger Delta, a region that is now most scary and risky district for investment and tourism. Yet their states receive the highest allocations in the country, only for them to blackmail their leadership to share such resources with them or risk kidnapping and killing of innocent citizens.

The antic of MEND and their likes to create confusion in Nigeria make it compelling to explore likely conspiracy theories on Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab' s unfortunate attempt. Covert operations with hidden agenda may not be discountenance as local and external undesirable elements might have manipulated the incidence to put Nigeria in spotlight for clandestine assault.

We may recall the 1954 `Lavon Affairs' known as operation Susannah in which Israeli military intelligence planted bombs in Egyptian, American and British-owned targets in Egypt in the summer of 1954 in the hopes that Egyptians and Muslim Brotherhood would be blamed for the attack before the plot was exposed. We should also recall the lies of former President Bush and Tony Blair on Smoking Gun that Iraq possessed Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) to sway the international community to endorse an invasion of the Arab country so that the two countries can control vast oil resources and facilitate increased heavy military spending in the Middle East after creating confusion.

While we must all condemn the insane and unfathomable attempted suicidal mission that would have resulted in the death of 250 passengers from the action of the young bomber whose visage looks innocent and with humble mien, we need to critically examine and study tendencies and likely influence that could have manipulated the Nigerian child for the action. The unfolding revelations about the suspected suicide bomber from foreign media, his schoolmates, teachers and friends indicate a sorry state of his loneliness, introvert and detachment from his family. They all disclose his worthy lifestyle in schools as teetotaller, pious, religious, humble and a fan of Arsenal and Liverpool football clubs. He would rather donate his pocket money to the orphanage than buy souvenirs for himself. Likewise, he does not brag about his family's wealth as he rejects flamboyant lifestyle. Some children from similar background could have gone into drug addiction, trafficking, armed robbery among other social vices.

We also need to explore the possibility of excessive depression and some element of insanity as a result of loneliness which the un-die bomber claimed in some of his postings in social media. Such investigations become necessary, based on reports that his aggressive and violent tendency emerged abruptly after his graduation from Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University College London. He had all his adulthood outside the shores of Nigeria.

What I have attempted to do as a Nigerian with this piece is to point out that as Nigerians condemn in unequivocal terms the action of the young bomber, an isolated case indeed, the international community should unearth those who manipulated this innocent and lonely youngman to become vulnerable for exploitation. We are aware that innocent souls are easily misled and drugged to take actions unconsciously.

It is gratifying to note that the Father of the suspects, Abdulmutallab, a true and patriotic Nigerian had forewarned security agencies of his child emerging radicalisation which unfortunately was not heeded. The exemplary conducts of the father is a further demonstration that not all Nigerians are crook who will overlook or endorse negative tendencies of their ward like Niger delta militants who have been led astray.

The lesson to be learnt from the predicaments of Abdul Mutallab family is that parents should closely monitor and relate affectionately with their children to check control likely tendencies that may lead them to devilish paths.

  It is not in dispute that the “Republic of Cameroun” attained independence on January 1, 1960. Nor is there any doubt that Southern Cameroons voted in a plebiscite on February 11, 1961, to join the “Republic of Cameroun”. The two states “federated” on October 1, 1961, and became known as the “Federal Republic of Cameroon”. But Ahidjo, the “President of the Federal Republic”, moved to abolish the federation as early as 1968. Whereas J N Foncha and A N Jua, leaning on Section 47 of “The Constitution of the Federal Republic”, objected, S T Muna took the opposite direction. By a presidential decree of that year, Ahidjo replaced the two objecting Anglophone leaders with the colluding Muna who now doubled as the Vice President of the Federation, and the Prime Minister of West Cameroon with residence in Buea. Four years later, in 1972, the “peaceful revolution” transformed the country into the “United Republic of Cameroon” contrary to the said Section 47 of the “constitution” which provided, inter alia, that “No bill to amend the Constitution may be introduced if it tend(s) to impair…the integrity of the Federation”. By artificial resurrection, Muna, on the last day of 2009, some 41 years after his first pact, accomplished the task by leading manifestations at the National Museum that purported to seal the obliteration of the Anglophone identity.

My younger brother ever asked me in very good faith whether French was the opposite of English. He would honestly seek to know why CNU for instance became UNC in French; or why the brigade commander was “commander de brigade”; or again why community development was “development de community”.

      Even the French official policy does not neatly depart from parting ways with the English. Some French President once sought to ban the use of the English Language in official French business, and on French official documents. How successful he was I can’t pretend I do know.

     In line with the dichotomy, the poor Anglophone believes he is a servant of the public while in occupation of a public office. (Should I say these days that the Anglophone used to believe…?). That is not of great import here. What is of great moment is that the true Anglophone soldier, standing at attention before his superior, exclaims: “At your service, Sir!” The Francophone counterpart, by contrast, tremblingly says to his superior “A votre commandement”! The latter roars out his orders beginning with “A mon commandement”, do or don’t do…! He lords it over his subordinates and over all ordinary members of the general public. He exacts subjugation instead of inspiring dedication. He baptizes himself with divine wisdom from the demon’s paradise, and crowns himself with blurred infallibility.

Curioser and curioser. A French newspaper says that for his latest ‘private stay’ at the Hermitage and Royal hotels in La Baule, France, Mr. Paul BIYA, President of Cameroun, and his retinue of some 43 happy-go-lucky souls, incinerated 27.000.000fcfa a day on choice items like lodging, feeding, shopping, manicure, pedicure, massage, what have you.

The newspaper report, taken up by two other major French newspapers, stated clearly that for his circa three week stay in France, Paul Biya and his merry men used up some 600.000.000fcfa!

The Biya government itself announced that Mr. Biya actually spent only 1.000.000.000fcfa for his vacation, but that part of the bill was picked up by ‘friends’likethe very French Bolloré Group.

Now Bolloré is this offending French offender (investigated and actually found guilty in France for scams) to whom Mr. Biya traded off Cameroun’s railway Corporation, REGIFERCAM, the container terminal of the Douala Port, investments in agro-industries, etc. for a token sum. If these officials of Mr Biya’s entourage are correct, Bolloré picked up the tab as a matter of saying, thank you, Mr. President for the gift of key portions of Cameroun’s economy. Some local newspapers even refer to Bolloré as the vice president of Cameroon.

Incidentally, while Mr. Biya and Co. were winning and dinning on Bolloré ‘s money, some Regifercam staff, protesting years of slave labour under the new slave drive Bolloré, pulled out rails in Yaounde and its environs. The result was a series of train accidents in which at least 05 Camerounians lost their lives and over 300 were wounded.

Actually, the French Journalists who leaked out the figures of Mr. Biya’s expenses at La Baule were off the mark. They forgot the price tag of a private jet waiting for Mr. Biya at the nearest airport. An airline expert has just revealed to me that that plane was leased at the astronomical 300.000.000fcfa a day!

That means that for his current private trip abroad Mr. Biya could have squandered anything between 1.000.000.000fcfa and 3.000.000.000fcfa! Work out the figure of all previous private visits abroad by this gentleman since 1982 and you only just begin to get the sorry picture. Mr. Biya blew away 1 billion in three weeks and now his administration has just obtained a 50 billion FCFA loan from the IMF.

One tends not to be sympathetic with the screams from French newspapers that Mr. Biya had incinerated circa 1 billion FCFA whereas the French government had pledged aid of 350 billion FCFA to Cameroon over 05 years. The French have maintained Mr. Biya in power anyway and French hotels benefited from the steal.

This leads me kindly to Issa Bakary Tchiroma. Mr. Biya’s latest spin doctor. Now another term for spin doctor is shit-shiner. Never in the life of me did I imagine that a man, one of God’s creatures would opt to be a shit shiner. Except, of course, Mr. Tchiroma is of his father…..

Mr. Bakary told the BBC's Focus on Africa prgramme the reports were an attempt to "destabilise" the country.  "Isn't he free to make a good use of his money?" the minister asked. "Does he have to give the account of the way that he's using this money to journalists in Paris or here?"

Whaaaat!!!!!! His money? And, I fail to see the correlation between denouncing a spendthrift president and the stability of Cameroon. Yet another minister, Biyiti bi Essam defended Mr, Biya’s right to his vacation in two newspapers (Cameroon Tribune and Le Jour) as if that right was at issue.

Now let us work out the implication of the cash as squandered by Mr. Biya. The government of Cameroun constructs a classroom for 10.000.000fcfa. Given that Mr. Biya’s latest vacation costs 1.000.000.000fcfa according to the presidency the government could have constructed 1000 classrooms with this loot. At ten classrooms (plus offices) per school, government could have erected 100 schools. I bet that government could have erected at least 300 schools with the total amount wasted by Mr. Biya in his latest extravaganza. It is a fine irony that while the president squandered state funds a mud block wall in an equally makeshift government school in Balepipi, West region collapsed killing two children one four the other five-year old.

When the CCFD, a French cum Catholic watchdog, published a document suggesting that Mr. Biya may have stolen some 46.000.000.000fcfs from Cameroon Mr. Tchiroma, the shit-shiner, shouted from the rooftop that those who publishing this information were characters trying to destabilize Cameroun and steal the country’s vast mineral wealth, especially the newly discovered diamond fields. I fail to see the correlation between a high official accused of swiping public money and Cameroon’s mineral wealth.

The ruling party then wheeled out a whole kyrie of pseudo-intellectuals, psychologists, sociologists, political thugs, etc to defend Mr. Biya. CDPM Secretary General, Rene Sadi, expressed the indignation of his militants. Mr. Sadi said the CPDM condemned the insidious manœuvres and disinformation which were intended to distract the Camerounese people from their forward march to economic, social and cultural development which march had recorded precious achievements in stability,, unity,  democracy social justice and international expansion !" That bombast failed to address the critical issue. Did Mr. Biya spoil the Camerounese state by stealing money from SCB? Did he institute a procedure to skim away percentages from public and private companies? Ha Paul Biya swiped 46 billion from the state of Cameroon

At least 3.200.000.000 of this 46 billion can be accounted for. Messi Messi told us that Mr. Biya (via his defunct wife, Jeane Irene Biya) took out 3.200.000.000fcfa from the now dead SCB Bank (as a loan) to build for himself a country house in Mvomeka. That house was designed by Tunisian architect Cacoub, the very one who designed the current presidency. Did Mr. Biya pay back this ‘loan?’ If he did, where did he get the money to pay back? Name one civil servant who can obtain a 3.2 billion loan? So what is this Mullah, Tchiroma talking about?

Learning from Mr. Biya’s example, all sort of government officials moved forcefully into SCB and other banks to offer themselves huge loans. Local newspapers have published the various swindlers lists of all regime couriers who dry-cleaned the banks. These people stole 150 billion from SCB alone. Have they paid back the money? Ngang.

No sooner had the news about Mr. Biya’s extravaganza in France became public than Mr. Biya’s spin doctor, Tchiroma summoned the national press. Among other things, Mr. Biya told the press to be ‘patriotic’ by not publishing the facts.  Mr. Biya should have thought about that before his wanton hussying. Secondly, who is the true patriot? The magnificent reporter who points out that in three weeks a president just incinerated enough to construct 100 schools or the president whose irresponsibility is so shouting? Who is the patriot between the reporter and the shit shiner who hands out gag orders?  Mr. Tchiroma has no business telling the press not to go to town about Mr. Biya’s waste.

Gregoire Owona, Mr Biya’s minister in charge of relations with the assemblies (yes, assemblies – West and East Cameroun Houses of Assembly) brings another sordid spin into this mess. Remember that Gregoire Owona’s name figures prominently on the 58-member strong swindlers list published by Kroll Associates. This list concerns people suspected of stealing public money. Grégoire Owona is number 48 on the list.  Gregoire Owona said Mr. Biya had the right to spend all that money because he was not quite on vacation but he was actually working on very important files for the Camerounese people. Owona exhorted local newspapers not to join the French papers in destroying “our beautiful country. »

Messrs Owona and Tchroma claim that newspapers that publish the Mr. Biya’s latest foible are tarnishing Cameroon’s image. Really? Who has greatly tarnished the country’s image between a spendthrift globe-trotting president and a minister who shuts down radio stations? Mr. Tchiroma also says that there is hope for Cameroun after the discovery of the largest diamond field in Mobilong, Yokaduma. Rubbish! There is enough selective amnesia here. The Korean company accredited with the Mobilong find thoroughly snookered the government of Cameroon by awarding itself 80% of the find leaving the government of Cameroun with only 10% and 10% to some private investors. As usual some Yaounde bureaucrats took bribes and let the Koreans off with murder.

Citizen Journalist, Innocent Chia has just published the pitiful details about how exactly corrupt bureaucracts in Yaounde took bribes and traded off all the new mineral finds in Cameroon for a small fee.

The long and short of this wahala is simple. Listen, enough is enough. A warning to all these investors who are ripping off Cameroun though. These thieving contracts will be reviewed by the next administration.
